The successful candidate will serve as a primary ambassador for Weber, advancing the school’s profile and position across partner schools, community organizations, synagogues, youth programs, and parent networks.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Enrollment Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year enrollment management strategy aligned with institutional priorities and mission.
• Working with the Associate Director of Admissions, Director of Communications, and Manager of Social and Electronic Media, leverage data analytics, demographic trends, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish clear key performance indicators for recruitment, yield, retention, and market engagement.

Admissions Process Management

• Oversee all aspects of the admissions pipeline, from inquiry through enrollment.
• Build upon the current admissions program, designing efficient, high-touch systems that optimize family experience and support personalization at scale.
• Manage the evaluation, interview, and selection process with fairness, transparency, and strategic oversight.

Marketing, Outreach, and Partnerships

• Working with the Associate Director of Marketing, collaborate with the Director of Advancement, Communications, and Development teams to strengthen Weber’s brand visibility and value narrative.
• Cultivate relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, synagogues, youth programs, and educational consultants.
• Represent Weber at events, conferences, and community programs, serving as a compelling spokesperson for the school’s mission and student experience.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Head of School, Principal, Dean of Student Affairs, and other school leadership to remain abreast of academic and co-curricular developments, ensuring that the Admissions Office effectively communicates courses, programs, and experiences that are “Only at Weber.”
• Collaborate with teaching faculty, engaging them constructively in school tours, student “shadow” visits, and other admissions events.
• Oversee, build upon, and manage Weber’s successful Student and Parent Ambassador Programs, guiding and preparing students to provide tours and outreach.
• Work closely with the Head of School and CFO on tuition assistance strategy, ensuring equitable and mission-driven practices.

Data, Reporting, and Forecasting

• Maintain accurate and actionable enrollment dashboards; track trends, conversion rates, and retention indicators.
• Deliver regular reports to the Head of School, Principal, and Dean of Student Affairs.
• Collaborate with the Head of School and Principal in multi-year enrollment forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in independent school admissions, enrollment management, or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership and expertise in designing admissions programs that reflect a clear enrollment strategy, pipeline management, and data-informed decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits

• The Weber School offers a highly competitive compensation package based on experience. In addition to salary, the package includes healthcare coverage and a matching retirement program.This position is eligible for the Jewish Community Professional Tuition Grant. The JCP Tuition Grant Program is for full-time eligible Jewish Community Professionals and provides up to half off tuition to any participating, eligible Jewish day school in Atlanta.

The Weber School seeks a dynamic, student-centered Director of Athletics to lead and advance its athletic program in alignment with the School’s mission and values. The Director of Athletics provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all athletic programs, personnel, and facilities.

A collaborative and growth-oriented leader, the Director will cultivate a culture of healthy competition, sportsmanship, strength and wellness, and personal development. The Director serves as a member of the School’s senior leadership team and works closely with faculty, administrators, coaches, students, and families to ensure that athletics make meaningful contributions to student life and institutional vitality.

Strategic Leadership and Program Development

• Articulate and implement a clear, mission-aligned vision for the athletic program.
• Provide strategic planning and long-term program development as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Design and expand athletic offerings to enrich student experience and support enrollment and community engagement.
• Develop and oversee supplemental programming (e.g., camps and clinics) in collaboration with school leadership to enhance the School’s visibility and revenue.

Athletic Program Oversight

• Oversee all athletic teams and levels (Varsity, Junior Varsity, developmental programs, and conditioning).
• Ensure compliance with School policies and regulations of the Georgia High School Association (GHSA).
• Maintain a student-centered approach to athletic administration, emphasizing character development, teamwork, and resilience.
• Teach one class or coach one athletic season annually.

Personnel Leadership and Development

• Recruit, hire, mentor, supervise, and evaluate a diverse and high-performing coaching staff.
• Provide ongoing professional development and ensure staff maintain required credentials and certifications.
• Review and recommend compensation structures in collaboration with School leadership to support recruitment and retention.

Operations and Fiscal Management

• Develop and manage the athletic budget, including equipment, uniforms, facilities, and long-term capital planning.
• Oversee scheduling, facilities management, and event logistics.
• Ensure proper maintenance and strategic improvement of athletic facilities.

Student Development and Community Engagement

• Guide student-athletes and families through athletic development and, where applicable, the college recruitment process in partnership with Admissions and College Advising.
• Lead seasonal athletic assemblies, awards ceremonies, and senior recognitions to celebrate student achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with peer schools and athletic directors throughout the Atlanta area.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to promote athletic programs through digital media, social platforms, and live-streaming.
• Partner with Enrollment, Development, and Communications teams to ensure athletics supports broader institutional goals.

Additional Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Weber School, a private Jewish community high school, seeks an experienced School Counselor to provide comprehensive social, emotional, and academic support to high school students. The School Counselor will deliver direct counseling services, collaborate with faculty and families, and contribute to school-wide wellness initiatives under the supervision of the Director of Counseling. Clinical supervision by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) will be provided.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide short-term individual counseling and make referrals to external mental health providers as needed.
• Support students experiencing social, emotional, or academic challenges that interfere with learning.
• Collaborate with faculty, grade-level deans, learning specialists, and families to promote student well-being.
• Participate in crisis response and intervention as part of the student support team.
• Contribute to school-wide preventive and educational programming, including SEL initiatives and expansion of the Peer Leadership Program and student orientation.
• Participate with other school staff at overnight or after-school events.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure or certification in counseling or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant counseling experience; school or clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and outside professionals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The Weber School, an independent Jewish community high school in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Science Teacher for the 2026–2027 academic year.
