Student Learning and Enrichment

The Weber School’s Learning Enrichment program supports students with documented learning differences through individualized learning plans informed by current professional evaluations. Working with families and teachers, we provide appropriate instructional and testing accommodations aligned with school policies and each student’s documented needs, and when relevant, we advise families on the process for requesting accommodations on standardized tests. We do not modify the curriculum.

Students may also access targeted supports such as academic coaching for executive functioning, study skills, and planning, as well as literacy support when appropriate. Our learning specialist provides practical, classroom-connected support by observing as needed, collaborating with teachers and families, and offering recommendations for strategies and accommodations. Because students’ needs evolve, plans are reviewed and updated to reflect each learner’s strengths and growth.

Student Social and Emotional Support

The Weber School supports students’ social and emotional well-being through a comprehensive counseling program that collaborates with families and outside providers; peer leadership that helps new students feel connected; and age-appropriate learning on mental health, suicide prevention, substance use, and personal safety. We partner with trusted community organizations, including JF&CS BeWell and Northside Hospital Cancer Institute. We also offer ongoing parent education and community programs with expert speakers on timely mental health topics that evolve with the needs of our students, families, and community, alongside regular training for faculty.
The Weber School, a Jewish Community high school serving students from all Jewish backgrounds, prepares students for success in college and in life with comprehensive academic and co-curricular programs that inspire student exploration, leadership, and Jewish social consciousness. Many of our programs and academies are unique to Weber and can't be found at any other Atlanta-area high schools.

The Felicia Penzell Weber Jewish Community High School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
