Weber Theatre students recently welcomed Erin Knowles as the guest choreographer for Pippin at The Weber School! Erin, a former student of our Theatre Director, Elissa Marele, at Woodland Performing Arts High School, brings her extensive experience as a regional actress and choreographer to our production. Having worked on productions like Catch Me If You Can, Rock of Ages, and Jersey Boys, Erin’s choreography adds dynamic energy and expertise to our fall musical. After an exciting first round of rehearsals, Erin will return in October to continue shaping the show.
With the Tzadik Performing Arts Center and our dance studio, Weber students have access to professional-grade spaces that allow us to host guest artists like Erin Knowles, giving our students the incredible opportunity to work with professionals in a real-world environment. Bringing in working professionals allows our students to hone their craft, push creative boundaries, and gain invaluable experience from industry experts.
Mark your calendars to see Pippin on November 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Tzadik Performing Arts Center! We can’t wait to see how our talented students shine under Erin’s guidance.
